David Cross's standup has always been blunt and merciless, but there's no better time than today's political climate for the comedian and actor to really unleash his thoughts. Cross's new special, Making America Great Again!, arrives on Netflix this Friday, tackling gun control, Donald Trump, police brutality, and generally what is wrong with our nation. The special was taped over two shows in Austin, which were part of Cross's lengthy worldwide standup tour, which he recently wrapped in Canada. It's raw and direct and often terrifyingly on-point—so much so that several members of the audience walked out during the taping.
